We swap to digital production similar to Industry 4.0 concept using modern ERP technologies to enable people, machines, products & resources to exchange information with each other. Along with Industry 4.0, we adopt Lean Production system, Value stream mapping, Cell design, 5’S, Standard Work, Mistake Proofing, 8 Disciplines and RRCA to strengthen the production.
Amidst attaining the goals we don’t give accuracy and transparency a miss. Hence, each process on the field, working of machines and final outcome of any component in strictly attended and supervised. Giving at most priority to safety and quality, procedures like; Process Flow diagram PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, Calibrations, Preventive Maintenance Measures, Trainings, Continual Improvements, Final & PDI inspection, Product & Process audit to controls the quality and assurance to our customer.
